Momentum Systems' suite of services is focused on one goal: helping you realize

Installation Services and On-site Testing
To assist you in planning and preparing for your new software, we will send you
a pre-installation guide that includes critical steps you will need to take
prior to installation. This might include Windows server setup, a site
readiness evaluation or a discussion of network requirements. Once onsite, our
Installation Engineer will install and configure Momentum Systems' software,
communications boards and modems. The engineer will then test all
communications connections, connectivity to your LAN/WAN, and connectivity with
a select number of your customers.
Training
Momentum Systems' hands-on training provides your systems administrator with
the skills needed to operate, maintain and administer your file communications
network. During this five-day workshop, students are challenged by real-world
communication scenarios that teach them to identify efficient and effective
means for transmitting files. Training workshops can be conducted at our
Moorestown, New Jersey facility or optionally at your location. Class sizes are
kept small to foster open dialog, sharing of ideas and experiences, and
individual attention.
QuickStart Consulting Package
This five-day, on-site program is designed to help get you up and running with
your new software once installation and training have been completed.
Consulting Services
Put our years of file communications experience to work for you. Our consulting
services include pre-purchase network planning and analysis, legacy-to-IP
migration, migration and testing with your existing partners and clients,
network project assistance, and much more.
Support
For simple technical issues, one call to our help desk gets you a quick, timely
response to your question or problem. For more complex issues, our help desk
can dial directly into your system via PC Anywhere. This direct, online link
makes troubleshooting more effective and eliminates the need for us to travel
to your site, saving you valuable time and money.
Two levels of support are offered:
Standard - 8:30 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
Extended - 24/7 coverage
