Joseph Regina
Vice President, Operations

Joseph Regina joined Momentum Systems at its inception in 1989 as the Director of Marketing and Operations. In 1994 he became Vice President of Operations, where he is responsible for the daily operations of the organization, directing sales and marketing, product development, installation, customer support, and training.

Prior to joining Momentum, Joe worked for Mohawk Data Sciences, a systems manufacturer and integrator specializing in distributed communication systems. While at Mohawk he served in multiple management positions over a twelve-year period including Director of Education, Product Manager and Director of Marketing.

Previous to that, Joe worked for the Pennwalt Corporation, a large international chemical and pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. During his three years at Pennwalt he served as a systems analyst and internal consultant.

Joe began his information technology career with the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank where he served as an IT Security Auditor. In this capacity he was responsible for evaluating security procedures for computer operations and application design.

Joe received an MBA in Marketing from Temple University and BS in Marketing from St. Joseph's University.

Richard Kranzfelder
Vice President, Finance and Administration


Richard Kranzfelder joined Momentum Systems in 1999 as Vice President of Finance and Administration, where he is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, accounting services, cash management, risk management, and human resource administration.

Before joining Momentum Systems, Richard had a nine-year career as Controller with Philadelphia, PA-based LRP Publications, a leading publisher of business-to-business newsletters. His responsibilities included the direction of accounting operations and financial reporting. Previous to joining LRP Publications, Richard spent twelve years at the ITT Corporation in Indianapolis, IN, where he served in various accounting positions, including Director of Accounting, Controller and Treasurer.

Richard began his financial career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., and as an accountant with Lone Star Industries, both in Indianapolis, IN.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over twenty years, Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
